CAPITA: Assimilate Learning Platform Enhancement

CAPITA wanted to improve market share and revenue by adding new functionality to its main product, Assimilate Learning Platform. Engaged to identify enhancements that would create best ROI. Worked with internal stakeholders, sales staff & customers to identify requirements; researched potential new features; presented those features to stakeholders & customers for evaluation; and developed final report concerning most beneficial features. Succeeded in recommending enhancements that expanded customer base.

Ramesys: Online Store

Ramesys wanted to implement an online shop through which it could sell software offerings to schools. Engaged to develop and implement a new web-based software store. Met with sales, marketing and design personnel to gather shop requirements; oversaw solution design and testing; facilitating internal training on the solution; and led full implementation of the solution. Succeeded in opening a new sales channel which accounted for 20% of business within 6 months.

Ramesys: Unity Identity Management Solution

Ramesys was tasked with providing an integration and Identity management solution for a Building Schools for the Future initiative to allow students to use multiple technologies via a single account / identity. Engaged to design and deliver software component for this initiative. Gathered requirements from stakeholders; led design and development of the user interface; tested the software and resolved bugs; and oversaw release activities. Succeeded in delivering foundational software for the new learning platform which was easier to use and offered more user features.
