A customer, RAF, wanted to improve its asset reporting process. Engaged to create a software application to meet this need. Worked with RAF stakeholders to determine and document requirements; generated solution specifications; developed and tested the application, resolving bugs; released the application to the RAF; and provided documentation to enable future software modifications as needed. Succeeded in delivering a solution to efficiently report on assets as well as improve management data.
